Custom & Personalized Items

Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, all custom items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
