Return Policy

Non-Personalized Items: We accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue store credit at your preference. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Personalized and Custom Items: All personalized and laser-engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We take great care to ensure quality, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect personalized item due to an error on our part, we will replace it with the exact same item at no additional charge.

Important: Replacements are not available for customer errors, including incorrect spelling, dates, or other details submitted for engraving, or changes requested after a proof has been approved and production has started. Please carefully review all personalization details and proofs before approval.
