Shipping Policy
Processing Times:
- Non-personalized items: Orders ship within 5-10 business days of purchase.
- Personalized items: Processing begins once you approve your proof and takes 7-10 business days. You will receive a digital proof via email for approval before production starts.
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Your total delivery time is processing time plus shipping transit time.
Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses only.
Shipping Methods: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We ship via USPS and other major carriers. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after your order ships
- Expedited options may be available at checkout
Local Pickup: Local pickup is available once your item is ready. We will contact you via email, phone, or text to arrange a convenient pickup date and time.
Shipping Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested immediately after ordering.
Delays: While we strive to meet our processing and shipping timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, or carrier issues beyond our control.
